• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 people under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.
• Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed WITH APPROVAL and require a $300 pet fee per pet- please inquire for approval.

GOLF CART RENTERS: you must contact Julie at the Village of Blue Mountain, to obtain a permit BEFORE renting a golf cart. There is a charging and parking area provided for permitted golf carts, near the pool.
