Enjoy exploring the area in your complimentary 4-seater Golf Cart or 4 adult bikes when you are not enjoying the short 300-yard walk to the deeded beach access!

Inside the home, you will find it recently remodeled with new bedroom furniture and new flat-screen televisions. The living room is the perfect place for rest and relaxation with couches facing a large flat screen tv. This area has been expertly decorated by the homeowners to provide a feeling of peaceful comfort. The room has an open feeling and encompasses the dining and bar areas as well–the perfect place to enjoy your next meal or entertain friends and family. The kitchen is newly stocked & updated for all your cooking needs. An extra ice maker is included as well so that your beach cooler always has plenty of ice available.

For sleeping arrangements, you will find a King bedroom with a private bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom, and a bunk room with a set of twin bunks that shares a bathroom with the living room. It is the perfect arrangement for couples with children and the couch converts into a sleeper sofa as well. All of these sleeping areas and bathrooms have the same high level of care put into them with the decor as the rest of the home. You will feel truly at home at Tennessee by the Sea.

For those who enjoy the out of doors, you will find a screened-in porch with plenty of seating for everyone with new chairs, a couch and a new porch swing, and an additional television. It would be the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a quiet place to read a book or to watch television in the evening. String Patio lights with a dimmer allow you to customize the light at night. Outside you will find a gas fire pit with seating for four and outside lighting. For those who enjoy grilling you will find both charcoal and gas grills.

The four-seater street legal golf cart is included for your use as well to explore 30A and four bikes are included complimentary too. The heated community pool is a short 100-yard walk from Tennessee by the Sea. This home also participates in our duvet program where all duvets are replaced with freshly laundered duvets after every guest stay, making for the coziest night’s sleep you can imagine.

8 complimentary Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included for your use as well. The beach access is directly across from Magnolia Cottages and is a short 300-yard walk or a 1-minute ride on the golf cart. Dedicated Golf Cart parking is available at the entrance to the community.
