This gated community only has 15 homes which provide guests with privacy and tranquility at the beach. Guests will be using the Inlet beach access and there are labeled sidewalk signs that will lead you to the sugar-white sands and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You can even bring your pup!

Upon entering you will walk into the downstairs living area where you will find a relaxing living space. It is equipped with a mini kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator (half the size of a regular fridge), coffee area, and microwave. Guests can kick back after a day at the beach on the charming sofa and watch movies from the large flat screen T.V. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen daybed. The 3rd bedroom has the most adorable bunk room you will ever see with 4 built-in bunk beds. The kids will automatically claim this room for themselves. There are 2 full baths as well for your convenience. A Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower tub combo leads from the bunk room to the king bedroom. The Queen Daybed room has an ample-sized glass shower.

Leading upstairs take note of the beautiful artwork painted by a local painter. Once upstairs there is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and high-end appliances for the kitchen including a wine fridge. The chef of the group will love preparing a delicious Florida meal and still be a part of the family discussions. The living area upstairs has two new large comfy couches and two chairs from Restoration Hardware and includes a large flat screen T.V. Everyone can enjoy their favorite sporting event or latest movie all gathered together. You have a farmhouse-style dining table with additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a half bath upstairs for guests’ convenience. The most wonderful parts of this home are the many balconies. There are 2 balconies just off the kitchen one which contains a large seating area with a spacious sofa and a pair of chairs. You can smell and hear the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite is located upstairs with a new seagrass king bed from Restoration Hardware and flat-screen T.V. The spacious master bath has double vanities and a large glass shower. Step out onto the master balcony and you have a wonderful view of the community pool which is literally stepping away from the front door.

What makes this home extra special is its location. You are within easy walking distance or bike ride to Rosemary Beach, and to Big Bad Breakfast, Shades, and the Donut Hole which are all popular restaurants along 30 A. There are equally as many boutiques and galleries for guests to visit and purchase the perfect souvenir to remind them of this memorable vacation.

Literally, you can arrive and go to the grocery store and never have to get in your car again for your vacation. Send all of your friends photos of this incredible home. They will be jealous. This is what we call Paradise!

• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Home typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.

Guests are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 dogs that weigh under 25 pounds. There is a $300 Pet fee.
