’30A Driftaway’ is a true beach paradise. This beautiful airy home is on a quiet, family-friendly street where the Santa Rosa Beach noise ordinance is strictly enforced for a peaceful getaway. The beach is a short stroll down the street in addition to Gulf Place restaurants, shops, and art galleries which are perfect for a leisurely day of exploring.

When entering the home, the open floor plan and high ceilings invite the spirit of unwinding. Sliding doors open to the patio area where you’ll find your own private plunge pool for a relaxing evening dip. The pool can be heated for an additional $80 per day. Please let us know in advance if you would like this feature turned on because it takes 24 hours to heat the pool.

The gorgeously finished kitchen has new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining by the pool. Alternatively, you can grill out using the gas grill and the outdoor dining tables. Between the private pool, outdoor living space, and brand new interior this home has all of the amenities!

As you retire for the evening, you’ll find all bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs for movie nights and luxurious private bathrooms. Each bed has hotel-quality linens that make for a truly incredible sleep. King beds, queen beds, and bunks offer sleeping for all parties. These luxurious hotel-quality linens will keep you rested before heading to the beach in the morning.

Location is everything, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants is incredible. Walk down the street to enjoy lunch overlooking the gulf at Shunk Gulley’s restaurant- the views and food are unparalleled. You will have everything you need for a day at the beach with equipment including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, and a cart to carry everything. You will also have bikes included with your stay to cruise around Gulf Place and bike down the incredible 30A bike paths at your leisure. There are 4 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes for your use.

A Ring camera surveillance device is located outside on the front door. It is the only camera on the property and is used for security purposes.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.
