“Kriss Cottage” is a freshly renovated 3 story home, one-half mile from the beach! This beautiful sprawling home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a carriage house. The separate quarters is perfect for friends or family who prefer a little more privacy from the main house. The cottage house features 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a full-size kitchen. There is a flat-screen T.V. and sofa in the as well. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the cottage home but still feel as though they are part of the group. Please note, that the owner does not allow the use of the Garage.

As you pull up the first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped Florida lawn and porch. How enjoyable it will be to sit on the porch swing and take in the tranquil surroundings with a “ Cup of Joe” or 5 o’clock cocktail. Upon entering you will notice the natural light that shines from the numerous windows throughout. The living room and kitchen feature an open floor plan so that no one is left out of the conversation, including the chef.

On the 1st floor you will also find the living room equipped with a flat-screen television, dining room with a table that seats up to 5, and a breakfast bar with additional seating You will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to create a delicious feast for the group: large fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a standard coffee maker. There is a mudroom off the kitchen, perfect for storing and hanging your beach towels and accessories. There is also a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. Conveniently, just outside of the bathroom you will find a stackable washer and dryer perfect to launder those beach towels. Additionally, there is a bedroom with 2 custom-built in twin wooden bunk beds with a door that accesses the carriage house and front of the home. The twin room also has a flat-screen T.V.

Heading up the stairs to the 2nd floor you will find the spacious master suite with a private balcony overlooking the front lawn. This is the perfect spot for some quiet time and to enjoy the fresh breeze coming off the Gulf of Mexico. This master room boasts new custom shelving that provides extra storage and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and 2 vanities. There is also another flat screen T.V. Just down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 3rd floor has a bedroom with a brand-new queen size bed and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

One of the most popular locations of the home is outback. There is a nice sized screened-in porch area that contains a “top of the line” outdoor sofa along with additional seating. Just outside the porch is the patio which has a new 8-person dining area. The owners also have included a gas grill for that perfect barbecue feast!

After a long day at the beach make sure to stop by the large community pool (not heated) and take a dip in the cool water. You might want to challenge your group to a shuffleboard tournament. The court is located near the pool area. The exercise enthusiast will be excited to know there is a fitness room that all of the Village guests can utilize.

A Ring camera surveillance device is located outside on the front door. It is the only camera on the property and is used for security purposes. Attn GOLF CART RENTERS: you must contact Julie at the Village of Blue Mountain, to obtain a permit BEFORE renting a golf cart if you are staying at this property. There is charging and parking area provided for permitted golf carts, near the pool.
