Are you looking for a luxurious and expertly decorated condo in a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere? Look no further than The Beach House. This 2nd-floor condo recently received a major update from top to bottom and is the perfect place to spend your next vacation.

Entering the rental, you are greeted by the warm decor that never overwhelms you. On the first floor of the condo, you will find a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry area. The first bedroom as you walk in has a twin day bed and twin trundle underneath, complete with a large flat screen. There is also a bathroom in the hall across from the bedroom. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a large flat screen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the living area, you will find twin love seats and a large flat screen. It would be the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach.

From the living room, you will find the kitchen table with seating for 6 and a kitchen bar with additional seating for 4 more. The kitchen area is perfectly arrayed with all the conveniences you will need to enjoy a home-cooked meal: utensils, pots, pans, etc. Also included are an oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, fridge, and toaster. You will find a combination washer and dryer in a closet nearby making doing laundry easy.

On the second floor of the condo you will find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom for the floor. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with a flat screen, and the second bedroom also has a flat-screen and two twin beds. This floor is very spacious and there is also a small alcove with a mattress pad, perfect for reading a book or just relaxing—the kids will love it!

This unit also has a small patio area with furniture if you would like to enjoy the fresh ocean air.

An oversized community pool and fitness center are a short walk from the condo. A stroll or bike ride 400 yards down the paved bike path will lead you first to the popular Blue Mountain Creamery and the Blue Mountain beach access is just 400 yards past that. The beach access has bathrooms, showers, parking, and a lifeguard on duty! This beach is gorgeous and never crowded! Clean full bathrooms are open with showers and a large deck overlooking the beach.

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Attn GOLF CART RENTERS: you must contact Julie at the Village of Blue Mountain, to obtain a permit BEFORE renting a golf cart. There is charging and parking area provided for permitted golf carts, near the pool.
