This open living room and kitchen offer plenty of space for all to enjoy.
The large sliding glass doors lead to the balcony from the living room, allowing an abundance of natural light if desired.

There is a King bed in the master suite plus large gulf side windows that let’s in some of that Florida sunshine. The Master bath is equipped with beautiful double vanity sinks and a relaxing jetted tub. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed hiding a pull-out trundle under it all. It also has its own full bath that doubles as a guest bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen, as well as a large Flat Screen in the living room. Private beach access is directly across the street from this property making for easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. The family pool area is nicely equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and chaise lounges.

Non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 is required if bringing a pet.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.
• Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed WITH APPROVAL and require a $300 pet fee- please inquire for approval.
