As you enter the home you will notice the hardwood floors throughout and a minimalist approach to decorating to provide an open and airy atmosphere. The open floor plan is comfortable and inviting, making good use of the living room and kitchen space. There is a large sliding glass door that gives access to the outside patio area and truly opens the home up to the world.

As you make your way into the living room you will enjoy a large cozy couch and chair gathered around a huge flat-screen television, perfect for relaxing with the family after a long day of activities. The kitchen overlooks this open living space and is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless appliances as well as a gas stove. The gas grill is just outside the sliding doors as well, providing easy access for everyone to visit while meals are prepared. The kids will love swimming in the private backyard pool while you grill your next barbecue masterpiece!

On the first level, you have the master suite which includes a king-size bed and a large flat screen for your enjoyment. The bath is beautifully equipped with a large separate glass shower and a modern soaking tub perfect for after a long day on the beach. You also have his and hers double vanities.

Heading upstairs you have 3 spacious additional rooms and a bonus room. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds and flat-screen T.V.’S There are also 3 additional bathrooms with separate glass showers in each.

The bonus room will be the favorite for the young ones in your group. There are full over full bunk beds along with another flat screen. Great place to hang out while playing video games on a rare rainy day in Florida.

Evenings can be spent enjoying a glass of wine on the back patio and taking an evening dip in your own private pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture with loungers to soak in the Florida rays.

When you’re ready for a day in the sun, you will have a short walk to the Gulf Place beach access to enjoy the sugar-white sands and glistening ocean. Gulf Place also has incredible restaurants for the whole family including Pizza By The Sea, The Perfect Pig & Shunk Gulleys as well as a massive courtyard area to let the kids run wild.
