Spend your mornings getting some exercise on the bikes down the 30A bike paths overlooking the sugar-white beach sands and glistening ocean. Grab breakfast just outside your door at one of the incredible restaurants that Gulf Place has to offer such as Perfect Pig or Shunk Gulley. After breakfast, take a short walk down to the beach to spend your day in the sun!

When entering the main level of the home are greeted with an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows. This large space encompasses a dining area, a huge gathering room, and an open kitchen with a granite bar. There is ample seating for everyone in the family!

Evenings can be spent preparing a family meal in the kitchen which has all the amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. The kitchen also has beautiful windows allowing light to flow through the home to the bank of windows and French doors off the great room. The doors off this room lead to a porch and pathways to pools, tennis, shuffleboard, and the Gulf Place Beach access.

As you make your way to the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and quaint veranda overlooking the nature area of Gulf Place. The master bath is your private sanctuary with a deep garden tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second king bedroom is very spacious and has an attached bathroom. The third-floor loft bedroom has twin beds, perfect for kids and adults alike!

There is access to multiple community pools (the large Park pool, as well as the Cabana and the Caribbean pools, which are both heated), shuffleboard, and tennis court which the whole family will enjoy making use of. There is also a grilling area located near the pool that is perfect for grilling out with family and friends on those long summer nights. This incredible home and the Gulf Place community have everything you will need for the vacation of a lifetime.
