Sea Esta is a beautiful two-story beach home filled with amazing local artwork! The home sits just outside of Gulf Place with direct beach access to the Ed Walline Beach Park that has restrooms, showers, and covered picnic tables. This home is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach utilizing the sidewalk all the way there. This home is perfect for the family looking for 2 Master Suites! There is also plenty of parking at the beach access if you would rather not walk.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the open front porch. Entering through the front door brings you directly into the living room boasting a flat-screen tv, and beachy decor to help you feel at home, at the beach! The guest bathroom is immediate to your left, followed by the stairwell. Just beyond the living area is the dining room and kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances for that family who loves to stay in and cook! The KING suite is just beyond the kitchen with its private bath. Out the back door, you will find a paved patio with a gas grill for the family grill master!! Upstairs, is a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen tv! To the left is the double twin bedroom and to the right is a Queen Suite. This home is Pet Friendly!

There are many great restaurants in close range such as Stinky’s, Sergio’s, and La Playa. The new Publix grocery store is 3 miles away on Highway 98. The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, an 18-hole semi-private course, is within a half-mile from the house. It is the only course in the Destin area with two holes backing up to the Gulf of Mexico. Golf Magazine described the Santa Rosa Golf Club as ‘The Purest Golf in the Florida Panhandle. The club was named the ‘Readers Choice’ award by Florida Golf Magazine.

The Santa Rosa community will remind you of the Florida of yesteryear, a place without miles and miles of high rises. It is best known for wide stretches of nationally-renowned beaches, tree-lined streets, lots of sidewalks, and footpaths. There is a 23-mile paved bike path running alongside 30A. • Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Unit typically requires a Sat-Sat stay during peak seasons.
• Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed WITH APPROVAL and require a $300 pet fee per pet- please inquire for approval.
